How is customer data protected in your platform?

We use end-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits help protect your data.

What attestations or compliance initiatives does the company follow?

Yes. We are conduct an annual SOC 2 Type II audit and fully GDPR-compliant. Documentation is available under NDA.

Can the platform be hosted on-premise? Or is it only available via SaaS?

CLDigital supports Saas, hosted in Oracle Cloud, as well as on-premise deployments. We also support customers hosted in Oracle FedRAMP data centers where appropriate.

What are your uptime guarantees and SLAs?

We offer a 99.95% uptime guarantee with a 4-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and 15-minute Recovery Point Objective (RPO).

Is the platform hosted in a multi-tenant environment?

We use a multi-tenant architecture, which means multiple customers share the same infrastructure and application instance, but strict logical separation ensures that each customer’s data remains completely isolated and inaccessible to others.

Where is customer data stored, and can we choose the data residency region?

Customers can determine where their data resides in our multiple data center hosting options.
