A solution developed to support Federal Continuity Directives 1 & 2
CL360 GOV allows for the creation, management, exercise, and approval workflow for Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Business Continuity plans.
Utilizing CL360 GOV’s system automation features reduce time spent managing the ongoing and repeating planning activities of Business Continuity and COOP programs. Users can view summary data from dashboards and track BC/COOP plan completeness and approval lifecycles. CL360 GOV acts as a document generator and repository for COOP and Business Continuity Plans (including Devolution and Reconstitution processes), allowing users access to and version history of their plan documentation. Key continuity metrics are trackable on dashboards, both from a compliance perspective as well as from a readiness perspective.
CL360 GOV provides the ability to analyze functions for criticality to determine whether they are Essential or Non-Essential. The built-in Mission Essential Function (MEF) Business Process Analysis (BPA) module identifies and maps functional processes, workflows, key personnel, systems/technologies, activities, locations where functions are performed, etc. Users can select from drop-down lists of identified MEFs to create relationships between EFs, non-EFs, and MEFs. This relationship can be summarized in a visual dependency map that allows users drill-down into the underlying dependencies. Locations can also be plotted on a world map and clicked to uncover functions/processes occurring therein. In addition, the Process Flow can be captured as plain text, or as a series of checklists for management at time of incident.
The CL360 GOV Business Impact Analysis (BIA) module provides an efficient method to identify risks, assess those risks, rank severity and likelihood, implement controls, and record risk over time. Automatic real-time system generated gap analyses allow users to identify continuity gaps for remediation.
