Richard brings nearly two decades of experience across customer success, pre-sales, and strategic account management within SaaS and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environments. His appointment reflects CLDigital’s continued investment in expanding its business development function and accelerating pipeline growth across key markets.
In his role, Richard will focus on identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities, while supporting organisations in addressing complex regulatory and operational resilience challenges through CLDigital’s no-code platform.
Richard joins CLDigital with a strong track record of translating complex enterprise requirements into commercially valuable solutions. His experience spans technical discovery, value-based demonstrations, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, with a consistent focus on driving adoption, retention, and long-term customer success.
