Fairfield, NJ – December 8, 2025 – CLDigital today announced the successful completion of a major Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) readiness initiative with a leading global investment management firm. The engagement centered on developing a unified, data-driven operational resilience framework capable of meeting the EU’s stringent ICT risk management and oversight requirements.
The financial institution had previously attempted to configure its DORA capabilities using a legacy workflow platform, investing significant time and budget into custom development. After months of effort, the platform proved too rigid to support the complex service–process–application–vendor relationships required to meet DORA Articles 5–13. The project stalled without producing the centralized “register of information” mandated by regulators.
CLDigital was engaged to deliver what the previous build could not: a functioning, scalable operational resilience environment capable of supporting DORA compliance across multiple regions. Leveraging the flexibility of the CLDigital 360 platform, the team implemented a fully operational framework in under 12 weeks.
At the core of the engagement was the creation of a unified register of information, integrating critical data from business continuity, IT, and third-party risk functions. This structure linked Important Business Services (IBS) to the applications, vendors, locations, and recovery dependencies that support them. Automated data refresh and real-time visualization capabilities ensured the register remained continuously validated and audit-ready.
CLDigital also delivered a comprehensive regulatory and governance framework mapped directly to all DORA Articles 5–13. This included configurable workflows for review and attestation, evidence tracking, incident reporting, and resilience testing. Dashboards and analytics provided leadership with a clear line of sight into compliance status, ICT dependencies, testing coverage, and operational exposure.
The outcomes were immediate and measurable. The institution replaced fragmented spreadsheets and manual reporting with a single, authoritative data source. Time spent compiling evidence and preparing regulatory submissions was reduced by an estimated 70%, enabling teams to refocus on higher-value analysis and readiness activities. The rapid delivery and low-maintenance design of the CLDigital platform provided meaningful ROI, outperforming previous attempts by a wide margin.
“This engagement demonstrates the power of connected data and purpose-built automation,” said David Mack, Senior Vice President of Business Development, Americas at CLDigital. “Our platform gives firms the structure, clarity, and speed they need to operationalize resilience at scale.”
