In his new role, Chad will be responsible for ensuring that customer insight, outcomes, and feedback are embedded into every aspect of CLDigital’s platform strategy and innovation roadmap. The promotion formalizes a customer-led approach that has already delivered results, with customers directly influencing more than 80% of recent platform upgrades and innovations.

Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Vice President of Platform Strategy, where he led CLDigital’s strategic roadmap and guided customers in adopting continuity, risk, and resilience solutions across highly regulated and complex environments.
